From one of Mexico’s very few female master Tequila makers, this Reposado deftly combines the soft bakery notes from oak with delicious agave. Clean as a whistle, and with real class, I’ll be drinking mine in the golden hour as early summer evenings begin to feel warm enough to sit outside.
