Burgundy Tasting Games, Tutored Cellar Tasting, 10 December 2014

Learn about Burgundy through taste as part of our new regional series of tasting games. In one flight you will be using your sensory perception to work out which is the Grand Cru Chablis, before tasting three wines from Chassagne-Montrachet from the same vintage to see if you can taste the difference between them. Following this there will be a trio of red Burgundies, starting with two famous communes of the Côte de Nuits, all from the same producer in the same year. We will finish with a vintage flight of Volnay Clos des Chênes. All this is to help us investigate and experience the mellifluous wines of Burgundy.
