About this SPIRIT
Chase Distillery
Chase Distillery, founded in 2008 in Herefordshire, produces an array of spirits including potato vodka, apple gin, and a range of liqueurs.
The distillery was founded by William Chase, potato farmer and the man behind Tyrrells Chips, after visiting America on a business trip. The idea was originally formed from having an abundance of potatoes too small to make into potato chips. A state-of-the-art copper distillery was installed at the farm two years later. This is the first new distillery in England in over 250 years.
Chase Potato Vodka was voted best in category in the 2010 San Francisco Spirits competition.

Description
Based in Herefordshire and founded by the man behind Tyrrells Chips. Believing there was more to potatoes than chips and what we eat from our plates; William Chase came up with a creative alternative. To ensure quality over quantity a bespoke rectifying column was installed.
This take has the vodka aged in casks previously used by the Laphroaig distillery leading to a mild smoky smell and a taste of vanilla and hints of liquorice and charcoal for memorable British vodka.
