Description
Inspired by the freshest produce, our Seasonal Sensation dinners are ingredient-led events that focus on one or two seasonal foods. Our Head Chef Stewart Turner has created a fantastic six-course tasting menu, carefully paired with wines chosen by your host, for what promises to be a truly indulgent, gourmet evening. Tonight’s event is being held in honour of one of our Head Chef’s favourite ingredients: wild garlic. He will pair it with its forest friend, the morel, for an evening of epicurean delights. Your host Barbara, meanwhile, will select half a dozen beautiful wines to match the menu perfectly. Hosted by Barbara Drew, Wine and Spirit Education Specialist
