Description

It is often said that the greatest food match for Vintage Champagne is that great British classic, fish and chips. We have decided to explore this idea further with an entire evening dedicated to fast food paired with fine wine. Your foodie host, Head of Events and Education Richard Veal, will collaborate with our talented Head Chef Stewart Turner to produce a delicious menu of gourmet fast food. This will be matched to an array of top-notch classic wines, from Krug to a top Napa Cabernet, taking in aged Claret and exquisite Brunello in between, ending with a rare, single-vintage Sherry. This will be a fun and relaxed evening for gourmands and oenophiles alike. Hosted by Richard Veal, Head of Events and Education
