This special case of fizz includes two Grand Cru Champagnes. There’s an authoritative, yet elegant, best-selling non-vintage from the prestigious village of Mailly, and an exuberant, beautifully fragrant sparkling rosé by Marguet. Facing off against the old boys are two special wines from beyond Reims; a wonderfully expressive, honeyed Crémant de Limoux made by sixth-generation family producer Antech. And last, but not least, the second vintage of our English sparkling wine from Kent’s Gusbourne Estate – with a golden hue and citrusy zest, this wine has benefited from more than 18 months on the lees and is, quite simply, delicious.
