Description
One of the best known Medoc estates, Ch. Lynch Bages is classic Pauillac. Known for many years as one of the original “Super Seconds”, Lynch can provide wines that are both approachable when young, and superlative when aged. This evening, in the company of Wine & Spirit Education Specialist Barbara Drew, you will explore the wines of this Château in depth. Barbara will guide you through the wines, looking in detail at vintages, as well as the evolving style of each. Along the way you will learn more about Pauillac, the 1855 classification and the Bordeaux market as a whole. To take the edge off the tannins, the wines will be served alongside a delicious selection of cheeses and Head Chef Stewart Turner’s mini dishes, showing just how well classic Bordeaux works with food.

NB Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd’s stock at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards.
