Food will be prepared in-house by our fantastic team, with Head Chef Stewart Turner at the helm; while our range of wine specialists will guide you through the glass in your hand.

Description
Join Don Shannon for a delightful evening around the Long Room table. Don will choose a selection of six white wines to go with three seafood dishes. The emphasis is on elegance and subtlety – trying to find wine that will either perform a great cushion of support to a dish, or meet it halfway to complement its nuances. Our Head Chef Stewart Turner will choose the catch of the day and the best available. A delicate pudding with a sweet white wine will conclude the dinner.
Dress code: smart casual
NB Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd’s stock at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards.
