Description
Join us for an evening with Lenz Moser, a pioneer of Chinese wine. A name most familiar, perhaps, because of his Austrian heritage (where he still makes wine today at the eponymous winery), Lenz is a specialist winemaker who has pioneered techniques in China to produce both red wines and ice wines. Over this dinner, Lenz will share tales from his adventures making wine in Asia and Austria, while you enjoy our Head Chef’s four-course feast and taste through a host of Lenz’s wines.
Dress code: smart casual
NB Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd’s stock at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards.
