Description

This dinner is a chance to celebrate the feast of Michaelmas. Our talented Head Chef Stewart Turner has devised a menu based around the traditional Michaelmas goose, while Will Lyons has chosen a wide-ranging selection of fine wines, from both traditional and lesser-known regions, for you sample. You’ll start with a river fish dish, matched with some classic whites, before trying a range of reds alongside the rich bird. The cheese course will feature some beautifully mature Cheddar, and the meal will end on an autumnal classic, blackberry pie.

NB Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd’s stock at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards.
