Champagne & Chocolates Gift Set

Champagne and choclates: too much of a cliché? Not, we think, when the Champagne in question is Grand Cru and the chocolates come courtesy of ultrastylish chocolatier Amelia Rope. These Catànies – a traditional Catalan treat – are made from a whole, perfect almond which is toasted before being coated in barely-there caramel, a layer of chocolate and a dusting of powdered chocolate. While the Champagne, sourced from the Grand Cru village of Mailly, is an effervescent, floral-scented treat.
