Food will be prepared in-house by our fantastic team, with Head Chef Stewart Turner at the helm; while our range of wine specialists will guide you through the glass in your hand.

Description
This dinner is an opportunity for you to don your wide-brimmed or Homburg hat and enjoy an evening of Edwardian-themed jollity. The evening will focus on the elegance of fine dining in the Edwardian era with a menu inspired by the fashions of the time. Among the splendour of our Sussex Cellar, Wine Educator and Presenter Demetri Walters MW will discuss the period as well as leading a tasting of five wines and an apéritif. Our Head Chef Stewart Turner will put together an escoffier menu for your delectation – Demetri is particularly looking forward to a jelly, and a jelly mould.
