Description

Due to the symbiosis between soil and produce, wine often tastes its best when enjoyed with food grown, or reared, in the same place. This dinner – a new addition to our events calendar – will feature a six-course tasting menu made up of dishes from around the world, each paired with a local wine. There will be dishes and wines from countries including Spain, Italy, Chile and China, all selected to demonstrate the delicious benefits of regional matching.
