Join Wine and Spirit Education Specialist Barbara Drew in our magnificent Sussex Cellar for an evening celebrating humble fowl. Whether you’re a fan of chicken, duck or quail, this dinner is a chance for fowl fans to unite and taste a variety of innovative dishes and canapés made using some delicious birds. You will be served an apéritif followed by six complementary wines alongside three courses and a pudding. Apart from tasting some wonderful food, the evening will be about exploring the idea of complementary and contrasting wines. Hosted by Wine and Spirit Education Specialist Barbara Drew
