Pinot Noir: for its devoted followers there is no fairer grape. Admired for its unrivalled ability to speak of a place and reflect its surroundings, this evening promises to be a sensual journey through some of the best-loved Pinot Noir styles from around the world. Beginning in the spiritual home of Pinot Noir, Burgundy, we will venture across Europe, for a taste of the traditional; before moving further afield, to the Antipodes, and finally the USA, to see how this grape has fared in the New World. You’ll have the chance to compare different levels of quality (including one of Gevrey-Chambertin’s famed Grands Crus) and maturity, savouring the wines’ texture and flavour.
Dress code: smart casual
