Description
This dinner has proved so popular in the past, that we’ve had to move it from the Townhouse to the larger, and grander, surrounds of our Sussex Cellar. Your host Isabella Cameron will pair six different wines, and an apéritif, with three innovative fish dishes – including one experimental dish to be drunk with a red wine – devised by our Head Chef Stewart Turner.
