White Burgundy Tasting, Thursday 1st February 2018

Join us as we explore one of our greatest vinous passions. Before attending this tasting, you may be forgiven for being part of the “ABC” (anything but Chardonnay) club, but certainly not afterwards. It is without doubt that in this part of the world Chardonnay achieves its most sublime expression. Tonight’s pursuit will take you from steely-backboned Chablis in the north right through to the softer, fleshier wine of the Mâconnais. On the way, you will also discover the inimitable treasures of Burgundy’s most famous region: the Côte d’Or. We have chosen a dazzling line-up and will finish the evening on a high with a stunning Grand Cru, followed by an exquisite mature Chevalier-Montrachet. Join us as we selflessly indulge in these stunning gems in the name of education.
