Description

Join Wine and Spirit Education Specialist Barbara Drew in our historic cellars as she takes you through the world’s most famous brandy styles: Cognac, Armagnac and Brandy de Jerez. Barbara will talk about the stills used to make each spirit, how they work and the art involved in making the top brandies. She will also explain which grapes are used to make each drink and why, and talk about the quality hierarchy and the sub-regions. This promises to be a fascinating evening, whether you are preparing for your spirits exam or simply would love to learn more about the best brandies of the world.
