Description
Join Wine and Spirit Education Specialist Barbara Drew for a tasting celebrating German and Austrian wine. Barbara absolutely adores Riesling and for this tasting she will muster a diverse selection of different examples, showcasing an array of aromatics and ageing capabilities. She will also explain how, and why, Riesling can range from bone dry to sweet, and how this affects the food we serve with it.
