Our wine and cheese evening with the venerable Jermyn Street cheese merchants Paxton & Whitfield, has now become a regular fixture in our calendar. Director to the Chairman’s Office Lance Jefferson and Paxton & Whitfield’s Sales Manager Jeremy Bowen, love experimenting with wine and cheese and enjoy nothing more than revealing heavenly pairings to the less well initiated. Along the way, they will entertain you with wonderful anecdotes garnered throughout years in the food and wine industries.
