Meursault, Puligny and Chassagne, Thursday 21st June 2018

Join us for a tasting of three of the most desirable white Burgundy communes: Meursault, Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet. After a glass of our delicious Grand Cru Champagne, we will taste a gold-standard example of each village, discussing their respective reputations and the differences between them. The second flight will be formed of three exceptional Premiers Crus, poured blind, you’ll have a chance to taste and assess the wines before we reveal which one is which. Finally, we will taste a Grand Cru from both Puligny and Chassagne alongside a wine from Meursault’s top vineyard which is often deemed worthy of Grand Cru status. The evening will provide a unique opportunity to explore three of Burgundy’s most famous villages, discussing and tasting examples of each quality level.
