Description

Pinot Noir: for its devoted followers there is no fairer grape. Admired for its unrivalled ability to speak of a place and reflect its surroundings, this evening promises a fabulous journey through some of the best-loved Pinot Noir styles from around the world. Beginning in Kent, from one of our favourite domestic sparkling wine producers, we discover the budding potential of England’s wine scene. As our adventure continues, we’ll move across Europe for a taste of the traditional in Germany. On to the New World, we will revel in Pinot Noir’s expressiveness when challenged with differing terroir, stopping in the antipodes, South Africa and the USA along the way. We end our travels in the spiritual home of the grape, Burgundy.
