Join Fine Wine Account Manager and Italophile Chris Pollington for a five-course dinner inspired by the wine regions of Piedmont, the Veneto and Lombardy. Lombardy will be introduced to you through a sumptuous glass of Franciacorta – Italy’s high-end sparkling wine made using the traditional method. Chris will select wines from Piedmont and the Veneto for the following courses and will explain his choices over dinner, regaling you with stories of the winemakers. All in all, it promises to be a sensuous evening with the ebullient Mr Pollington and a chance to get to know these wonderful regions in a little more detail.
