Description

Join your host, Don Shannon, for a four-course dinner with wines from three top Chateaux. We start with a comparison of the two-classic super second Chateaux, which are always outperforming their rank. You will explore the wines of these Châteaux, and look at vintages, as well as the evolving style of each. Along the way you will learn more about Margaux and Pauillac, the 1855 classification and the Bordeaux market as a whole. Finally, we finish on the only 1er Cru Classé Supérieur and arguably the greatest sweet wine in the world, Ch. D’Yquem.
