Description
Held in the Long Room, this indulgent dinner is inspired by a traditional Christmas. Our Head Chef Stewart Turner, who delights in making creative and innovative dishes that pair beautifully with wine, has devised a wonderful menu; alongside each course you will try a different wine, exploring a variety of pairings for festive food. Your host, Rebecca Lamont Head of Wine School, will guide you through a fabulous selection of wines including a Grand Cru white Burgundy, and finishing with the only 1er Cru Classé Supérieur and arguably the greatest sweet wine in the world, Ch. D’Yquem.
