Join Lance Jefferson for a delightful lunch around the Long Room table. Lance will choose a selection of six white wines to go with four seafood dishes. The emphasis will be on elegance and subtlety – trying to find wine that will either provide a great cushion of support to a dish or meet it halfway to complement its nuances. You’ll taste both top Burgundy and more unusual whites, while our Head Chef Stewart Turner will select four fruits de mer for a flight of fish-based courses.
