Wine and Spirits Education Specialist Barbara Drew and chocolate specialist (and whisky connoisseur) Peter Newton will lead you on a journey through two of their favourite things: whisky and chocolate. They’ll start with a look at how whisky is made and, over the course of the evening, will taste through a range of producers from the Highlands and Islands of Scotland via Ireland to North America. These will be perfectly matched with a range of chocolates in different styles, from milk to dark, bar to bonbon. Hosted by Barbara Drew, Wine and Spirit Education Specialist
