Italy is as famous for its long vinous history as it is for its culinary triumphs. However, it can often seem like one of the more confusing wine-growing countries, with over 2,000 indigenous grape varieties cultivated. Over a delicious four-course meal, your host will guide you through the country’s key wine regions, from northern Piedmont to the island of Sicily. Bottles of the definitive Italian styles will be enjoyed in a leisurely, yet educational, fashion alongside an appropriately Italian-inspired menu.
