Description

Begin your journey from wine novice to full-blown savant with this introduction to the world’s key grape varieties. Your host, an expert member of our Events & Education team, will teach you basic tasting techniques, including blind tasting and putting words to wine. The focus will be on the practical aspects of enjoying wine and will include tips on choosing from restaurant wine lists; laying wines down for the future; serving tips and techniques; and, learning more about your favourite wine styles and why exactly you like them. There will be no set rules, no right or wrong, just great wines and lively discussion.

Dress code: smart casual

NB Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd’s stock at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards.
