Description

Rosemary is the dominant botanical in this gin, yet it is supported beautifully by basil, green olives and bay. Each botanical is distilled separately then blended together to create a balanced gin where no flavour is out of kilter. There are grassy notes on the palate, from which hints of bay emerge. Savoury and herbal, it would be ideal with Mediterranean tonic – but also killer as a replacement for vodka in an upgraded Bloody Mary.
