Celebrate spring’s arrival at this indulgent seafood lunch. Your host, Don Shannon, will guide you through a stylish selection of classic wines. Ever wondered if red wine can really partner fish? Don and our Head Chef Stewart have cooked up a combination that will dispel any doubts. The afternoon will end with a sensational Sauternes served alongside a refreshing dessert. Hosted by Don Shannon, Fine Wine Specialist
