"Celebrate Detox January in style with this completely vegan food and wine tasting. Your host Barbara Drew MW will explain exactly how a wine can be classed vegan (and why many aren’t) and lead a tasting of examples from the Old World and the New. After you’ve had your apéritif, you’ll be served three vegan dishes, specially prepared by our Head Chef Stewart Turner, and accompanied by eight wines. Hosted by Barbara Drew MW, Wine and Spirit Education Specialist. "
