You will learn about different styles of Sake, how it is made and how it should be served during this food and Sake matching lunch. We will be experimenting with different foods, pairing Sake with European dishes with a twist. Sake authority Asami Tasaka will be lending her expertise to the occasion. NB Sake for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd’s stock at the time of the event, so most will be available to order afterwards.
