Description

Enjoy a Champagne reception in the Pickering Cellar before a two-hour session designed to build your confidence in winetasting. No matter your level of expertise, you will have numerous thoughts and impressions the moment a wine hits your palate. At this event, your host will teach you to trust these instincts, helping you grow in confidence. Tasting through eight wines from around the world, including wonderful examples from Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Barolo, you will learn to identify acidity, tannin, alcohol level and the age of a wine. You will leave a more self-assured taster, equipped to discover which wines you do and don’t like, and – even more importantly – why.
