Description

This tasting will introduce you to Burgundy’s finest reds. You will explore a range of different villages, from Volnay in the south through to Nuits-St Georges in the north, via some true classics like Vosne-Romanée, Gevrey-Chambertin and Pommard. Premier and Grand Cru vineyards will also feature, with a chance to experience the Burgundian quality hierarchy in a flight of three wines from the same village. Felipe will be your guide for the evening, taking you on a vinous tour of stylistic differences, history, classifications, winemaking and vintages from this inimitable region. Hosted by Felipe Carvallo, Wine & Spirit Education Specialist
