Description
One of Italy's most revered regions, this evening will be a deep dive into all things Piedmontese. From the creamy, and zesty white wines, to the rustic, everyday reds, we will build up to a focus on Piedmont's most noble of grapes - Nebbiolo. From exploring the soils of the Langhe, to discussing the merits of traditional versus modern winemaking techniques, this will be a fascinating evening, accompanied by Italian cheeses and Italian-inspired mini dishes from Head Chef Stewart Turner. Barbara Drew MW, Wine & Spirit Education Specialist.
