Join us for an evening of stunning wines from some of Bordeaux’s most famous properties; all accompanied by a delicious four-course meal prepared by our Head Chef Stewart Turner. The centre of the world's fine wine production, Bordeaux produces a huge range of styles. Over the course of the evening, you will be guided through the key styles, from a brilliant dry white from Graves, comparing bottles from Left and Right Banks, and finishing with a luscious Sauternes. Unfortunately, we have postponed all events at our St James’s premises until the start of July. We are constantly reassessing the situation and considering the feasibility of events after this date. In the meantime, we are offering virtual tastings online. We’ll arrange delivery of wines, glasses and a corkscrew to your guests ahead of a guided tasting with one of our expert hosts. Whether a lavish six-course banquet in our Sussex Cellar or a more intimate affair in the Long Room, we host a range of dinners focusing on wine regions, styles or producers. After a drinks reception and introduction from your host, you will sit down to enjoy a selection of remarkable wines matched with equally impressive food.

Our Head Chef Stewart Turner will design a menu to complement the wines you taste, while between each delicious course your expert host will guide you through the wines in front of you, giving you the opportunity to discuss their styles and ask questions.
