Explore the new face of South African wine at this dinner in our Long Room. You’ll start the evening with wines from two of the key producers – Eben Sadie and Mullineux – who started the New Wave, working with the Swartland’s old vines to produce exceptional wines that put South Africa firmly back on the fine wine map. As the evening unfolds, you’ll explore a few of the newer faces on the scene, with wines from Elgin, Stellenbosch and Hemel-en-Aarde – all served alongside four courses designed to match each flight of wines.
