Description

Do you know the difference between a Fino and an Oloroso? Unsure what sets a Palo Cortado apart from a Manzanilla? Then join us for our introduction to Sherry. You’ll get the chance to sample a selection of different Sherries, learning how production of each of these differs and what impact this has on the end product. Throughout the introduction, you’ll learn about Fino, Manzanilla, Amontillado, Oloroso, Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximénez, or PX. You’ll also enjoy a selection of delicious cheese and morsels alongside the different Sherries. Hosted by Rebecca Lamont, Head of Wine School
