Join us for an evening of Californian wine in the Long Room. Over four courses prepared by our Head Chef, you’ll sample some of the state’s most famous styles Zinfandel, Cabernet, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, as well as discovering a few more unusual wines. From an apéritif of fashionable pét nat to the evening’s grand finale – a magnum of 1993 Ridge Monte Bello, the evening promises a thorough and delicious examination of one of the wine world’s most exciting regions.
