Description
The Tesseron Family has long been one of the finest exponents of aged Cognac, with a range of exclusively XO styles. Join Noé Tesseron for a masterclass on Tesseron Cognac; starting with a Cognac-based cocktail, Noé will then take us through the production of Cognac, exploring the different grapes and areas within the region. You will then learn about ageing, and taste through the range, including the Lot 53 Perfection and Lot 29 Exception. We will end with the Extra Légende from the Signature Collection. Our Head Chef, Stewart Turner, will create a mini dish to accompany the Cognacs, highlighting how well this spirit pairs with food.
