You will be welcomed to the evening with your first Champagne, before ascending to the Long Room for a four-course dinner, during which you will enjoy eight further styles of Champagne. As the dinner unfolds, our Champagne Specialist Edwin Dublin will guide you through each of the wines on show and recount the history of this fascinating wine region, explaining how it became the world-renowned luxury name we know today. The evening will conclude with fresh mint tea, coffee and chocolates in the Green Room, along with a digestif of your choice.
