Description

If you can’t resist the lingering scent of an autumnal bonfire, then this evening is for you. While it is one of the oldest ways of preserving food, “smoking” is a trend featuring more frequently on menus across the land, not just influencing savoury foods but also extending to our drinks and desserts too. Come and discover how this versatile flavour can add richness and depth to even the simplest of ingredients. Over the evening you will be guided through a range of whiskies and mezcals, by whisky ambassador Stefanie Holt and agave ambassador Gabriela Moncada, exploring their production and maturation.
