Come and learn about the art and science of whisky blending at this very special dinner with Rachel Barrie, the Master Blender from BenRiach. Having worked in the whisky industry for nearly 30 years, Rachel has worked with everything from new-make spirit to 50-year-old casks, to create beautiful and expressive malts. Throughout the evening, you’ll taste a selection of old and rare whiskies alongside a dinner designed by our Head Chef.
