However, it can often seem like one of the more confusing wine-growing countries, with over 2,000 grape varieties cultivated. Over a delicious four-course meal, your host Lance Jefferson will guide you through the country’s key wine regions, from northern Piedmont to the island of Sicily. Bottles of the definitive Italian styles will be enjoyed in a leisurely, yet educational, fashion alongside an appropriately Italian-inspired menu.
