Pinot Noir Dinner, Friday 14th February 2020

Description

Pinot Noir: for its devoted followers there is no fairer grape. Admired for its unrivalled ability to speak of a place and reflect its surroundings, this evening promises a fabulous journey through some of the best-loved Pinot Noir styles from around the world. We begin our journey in the Loire with a delicious rosé, before moving across Europe for a taste of the traditional in Germany. On to the New World, we will revel in Pinot Noir’s expressiveness when challenged with differing terroir, stopping in the Antipodes, South Africa and the USA along the way. We end our travels in the spiritual home of the grape, Burgundy. Hosted by Isabella Cameron, Fine Wine Specialist

Dinners

Dinners

Unfortunately, we have postponed all events until the end of April. We are constantly reassessing the situation and considering the feasibility of events after this date. For more information, please contact eventsandeducation@bbr.com.

Whether a lavish six-course banquet in our Sussex Cellar or a more intimate affair in the Long Room, we host a range of dinners focusing on wine regions, styles or producers. After a drinks reception and introduction from your host, you will sit down to enjoy a selection of remarkable wines matched with equally impressive food.

Our Head Chef Stewart Turner will design a menu to complement the wines you taste, while between each delicious course your expert host will guide you through the wines in front of you, giving you the opportunity to discuss their styles and ask questions.
