What better way to find out than to explore them this evening in the company of Italian wine and food aficionado Nicola Giacomelli? Over a Piedmontese-inspired four-course menu, created by our Head Chef Stewart Turner, Nicola will guide you through the region’s wine styles, tasting 12 different wines to illustrate terroir and winemaking differences.
