The subtleties of Barolo’s terroir are said to equal those of Burgundy. What better way to find out than to explore them this evening in the company of Italian wine and food aficionado Nicola Giacomelli? Over a Piedmontese-inspired four-course menu, created by our Head Chef Stewart Turner, Nicola will guide you through the region’s wine styles, tasting 12 different wines to illustrate terroir and winemaking differences.
