Description
Tonight, you’ll explore an eclectic mix of food-friendly wines over a traditional asado (grills). Often held for celebratory occasions in South America, asados are mass social gatherings, bringing together great food and wine. Our Head Chef Stewart Turner will be taking on the role of asador this evening, as he prepares a delicious three-course feast inspired by the South American food scene. Throughout the evening, you will sample a selection of wines to mix and match with each dish – and we will discuss which pairings work best and why. Hosted by Henrietta Gullifer, Fine Wine Specialist
