Description

Join us for a celebration of The King’s Ginger, hosted by Ronnie Cox, our Brands Heritage Director. Enjoy a four-course menu celebrating English ingredients, prepared by our Head Chef, Stewart Turner. We’ll start the evening with a delicious King’s Ginger cocktail, served in the historic old shop at No.3 St James’s Street. Over dinner, we’ll serve a selection of English wines and spirits, from sparkling blanc de blancs to red wines, with examples from Kent, Hampshire, Yorkshire and Norfolk. We’ll compare an English Pinot Noir with one from Burgundy, highlighting the differences and similarities in their styles. We’ll round off the evening with two English whiskies served alongside a selection of cheeses, followed by a King’s Ginger-inspired dessert.

The King’s Ginger is proud to support The Prince’s Countryside Fund, a charity established by HRH The Prince of Wales in 2010. By supporting The Prince’s Countryside Fund, The King’s Ginger is backing the farmers and rural communities at the heart of the British countryside. These people maintain our iconic landscapes, produce high-quality food for our tables, and make a vital contribution to our way of life.

Ten percent of the profits from this dinner will go towards The Prince’s Countryside Fund.
