This autumn, join us for a special seasonal dinner devoted to exploring the culinary delights of truffles. These “diamonds of the kitchen” can make a meal extraordinary, especially when paired with particular wines. This evening, we’ll taste through six exceptional French and Italian wines that will pair beautifully with Head Chef Stewart Turner’s truffle-based creations, including an aged Grand Cru Chablis and a delicious Brunello di Montalcino. Your host will talk you through this special ingredient and answer any foodie questions you might have.

Wines to be tasted:
2013 Berry Bros. & Rudd Champagne by Mailly, Grand Cru, Brut
2013 Chablis, Bougros, Grand Cru, Domaine William Fèvre, Burgundy
2019 Solea, Langhe Bianco, Roagna, Piedmont, Italy
2013 Volnay, Les Carelles, 1er Cru, Domaine Jean-Marc Bouley, Burgundy
2006 Brunello di Montalcino, La Magia, Tuscany, Italy
2013 Valtellina Superiore, Sassella Nuova Regina, Riserva, Arpepe, Lombardy, Italy
2006 Château Canon, St Emilion, Bordeaux
2019 Riesling, Auslese, Wehlener Sonnenuhr, Joh. Jos. Prüm, Mosel, Germany

Dress code: smart casual

NB Wines for this event will be chosen from Berry Bros. & Rudd’s stock at the time of the event. Most of the wines will be available to order afterwards.
